Our core competence is to create ready-to-sell surfaces for our customers according to specifications. We produce the following coatings at our plant in Hungary:
powder coating: Thanks to baking, this finish is extremely stable and resistant to environmental influences.
Other coatings: For example, we also screen print your logos cleanly.
Our core competence lies in efficient circuit board cutting using punching/laser technology and bending complex parts. The boards are deburred on wide belt sanders for further processing. By means of optical quality control, the parts are checked for dimensional accuracy and completeness, which ensures that an error is not detected in the last stage of the value chain. Especially in sample and prototype construction, we work with a press brake with automatic tool change and an integrated angle measurement system.
After manufacturing all parts, our assembly specialists assemble your machines and assemblies. We work strictly according to the assembly instructions and ensure the highest quality workmanship, including detailed acceptance tests. We also produce your cables/cable harnesses and control cabinets in our own cable assembly.
One of our core competencies lies in the efficient turning and milling of complex workpieces, using the latest 7-axis turn-milling centers and 5-axis milling centers with pallet changers. Our tool pool includes over 2000 HSK tools with Balluf sensor technology. The programs, including simulations, are programmed decentrally to keep the downtimes of the machines as low as possible.
One of our processing competencies lies in manual and robotic welding of complex components.
bonding: We use the gluing of components when sophisticated design and visible surfaces are required.
welding: By using our welding robot, post-processing can be minimized.
Gruning: To smooth out joints, we grind the welds. This is necessary to achieve the look you have specified.
